3. Premium Content and Chakras

Purchasing Chakras: Chakras can be purchased in fixed-value bundles (e.g., $5, $10, $50). Each Chakra holds no monetary value and is non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
•
Content Access: Premium content (e.g., lecture videos and tests) can be unlocked using Chakras. Time-limited access applies, as specified during the purchase process.
•
Expiration: Unused Chakras expire 12 months after purchase.
•
No Refunds: All purchases of Chakras are final. Refunds for remaining Chakras or unused content will only be processed in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Free Content
ibGuru provides study notes and practice questions free of charge to all users. Free content is subject to availability and may be modified or removed without notice.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the platform responsibly and not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform.
•
Sharing your account credentials with others or using another user’s account without authorization.
•
Using the platform to distribute harmful or malicious software.

Payments for Chakras are processed through third-party providers. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of your chosen payment provider.

All content and materials available on ibGuru, including but not limited to lecture videos, study notes, questions, tests, designs, graphics, logos, and software (collectively, the "Content"), are the exclusive property of ibGuru or our licensors and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Prohibited Activities:

No Copying or Sharing: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or otherwise exploit any Content for any purpose without prior written consent from ibGuru.
