We are looking for designers who can not only design according to requests but execute all the process from identifying user needs and finding the best solution to meet those needs. This will, of course, involve not only thinking from the student user’s perspective but also communicating with actual users.
We aren’t looking the traditional PS, Illustrator, Figma ‘toolers’. We aren’t using the old fashioned PS or Illustrator tools but only new techs like Figma. We hope that our prospective designer can surely pick up how to use Figma in no time but, no worries should you not want to work on Figma yourself, you just need to be good at communicating with a tooler who will realise your design onto Figma sketch boards.
Eligibility
Creativity will be a very useful asset in pioneering a studyapp design never seen before, especially gamification. Originality is very important for creativity which is why our prospective designer should genuinely want to revolutionise how students study from the traditional classroom teaching.
However, where competitors exist, benchmarking based creativity as opposed to creativity ‘from scratch’ can also be a successful skillset. For such approach, appropriate usage of ChatGPT will be vital to ensuring work efficiency.
