About This Role
We are looking for a highly experienced IB specialist to lead and oversee content creation, curriculum updates, and subject-specific editorial teams at ibGuru. As the Curriculum Lead, you will ensure our platform’s study materials, including lectures, study notes, and question banks, are accurate, engaging, and aligned with the latest IB syllabus.
This is a leadership role that requires strong curriculum expertise, team management skills, and an innovative mindset to merge traditional education with AI-driven learning tools.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee IB Content Development & Updates•
Manage subject-specific content editors and instructors to produce and refine high-quality study materials.

Ensure all content aligns with IB syllabus updates and best educational practices.
Content Structuring & Optimization•
Restructure how topics are presented for better clarity and student engagement.
•
Lead the development of new interactive study resources.
Quality Control & User Feedback Implementation•
Proofread, revise, and continuously improve content based on student and educator feedback.
•
Ensure content maintains high academic standards and remains exam-focused.
Team Leadership & Collaboration•
Recruit, train, and coordinate content editors.

Work closely with educators, AI developers, and the founding team to integrate content effectively into the platform.
