About This Role

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and creative Marketing Lead to take full ownership of brand awareness, user acquisition, and community growth at ibGuru. This is a C-level leadership role responsible for both high-level marketing strategy and the management of regional part-time student marketers across multiple countries.
Your mission is to scale ibGuru globally by leveraging social media, influencer marketing, content marketing, and regional outreach while ensuring seamless coordination of our decentralized marketing team. If you thrive in fast-paced, startup environments and love leading and mentoring marketing teams, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Own & Execute Global Marketing Strategy

Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and user growth.

Ensure our marketing efforts align with business goals and user needs.
Recruit & Manage Regional Student Marketers

Source, hire, and lead a network of country-specific part-time marketers (Korea, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, UK, etc.).

Provide training and marketing guidance to maximize outreach efforts.
Leverage Social Media
β€’
Run marketing campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms popular among IB students.
β€’
Identify and collaborate with student influencers to maximize engagement.
Contents Marketing

Repurpose lecture videos into YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok videos to drive organic reach.

No editing skills needed! Use AI-powered tools like Opus Clip, Pictory, or Descript to auto-generate short clips from longer lectures.
Track and Optimize Performance

Monitor campaign success and report insights for continuous improvement.
β€’
Track engagement metrics and optimize high-performing content.

Who We’re Looking For

Marketing & Growth Expert – 3+ years experience in digital marketing, social media, and performance marketing.
Β Community Builder – Proven track record of growing student-led communities or ambassador programs.
Data-Driven Strategist – Comfortable with analytics tools, A/B testing, and optimizing marketing ROI.
IB Background – Deep understanding of IB students' needs, study habits, and where they seek help (forums, social media, study groups, etc.).
