We are looking for an AI Content & Data Engineer who can transform raw academic content into accurate, structured, AI-ready datasets—while fine-tuning subject-specific AI behavior and ensuring the correctness of large-scale question banks.
This is a hands-on, accuracy-critical role, ideal for someone passionate about AI in education, skilled in prompt engineering, and meticulous with academic content.
What You’ll Do
AI-Enhanced Content Generation
•
Use AI tools to regenerate past-paper questions by altering numerical values and contexts.
•
Produce AI-generated variants of math & science questions aligned with IB/IGCSE/AP standards.
•
Ensure question logic, diagrams, notation, and answers remain valid and curriculum-aligned.
Data Structuring & Accuracy Management
•
Organize, clean, and maintain large-scale question and notes databases.
•
Verify correctness of AI-generated solutions and mark schemes.
•
Maintain consistency in metadata (tags, topics, difficulty, curriculum standards).
•
Collaborate with developers to maintain database quality and schema integrity.
Quality Assurance & Proofreading
•
Proofread AI-generated math/science content.
•
Correct errors in reasoning, notation, diagrams, or LaTeX formatting.
•
Ensure every question variant is logically sound and free of academic inaccuracies.
Fine-Tune AI Grading & Feedback
•
Test and refine AI-generated grading for accuracy and consistency.
•
Adjust AI responses to match subject-specific mark schemes.
•
Identify & correct AI feedback errors to align with real-world teacher grading.
Optimize Subject-Specific AI Tutor Responses
•
Ensure AI tutors provide clear, accurate, contextual explanations.
•
Improve conversational flow and clarity of explanations.
•
Modify prompting strategies to enhance chatbot correctness and helpfulness.
Develop Prompt Engineering Pipelines
•
Create and iterate on prompt strategies to improve AI output quality.
•
Experiment with structured workflows for generating and verifying academic content.
•
Continuously test & adjust AI models based on student usage and feedback.
Who We’re Looking For
Essential
Strong understanding of AI prompting (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama). Highly analytical and detail-oriented — able to spot mathematical, scientific, or reasoning errors quickly. Passionate about EdTech, AI-driven learning, and digital pedagogy. A creative problem-solver who iterates fast and improves workflows independently.Preferred
Familiarity with IB Maths AA/AI, IGCSE, AP Calculus, Physics, or similar curricula. Experience working with structured academic datasets. Exposure to learning science, tutoring, or teaching. Tech & Tools You’ll Use
